    As the Senior Director of Partnerships and Alliances, you accelerate revenue generation by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, executing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that support long-range business plans. You report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy for goals, guidance and assistance.

      • Encourage company-wide excellence through active and consistent support to simplify and enhance the client experience.
      • Partner with teams across Spectrum Enterprise to identify, prioritize and assess opportunities for partnerships and alliances.
      • Maximize sales by serving as a leader in providing business development support, including supporting efforts to analyze and negotiate agreements.
      • Accelerate revenue generation by leading negotiations on business transactions.
      • Review business proposals from vendors to prioritize accretive transactions.
      • Mitigate risks by managing the life cycle of completed transactions and onboarding operational deals.
      • Enhance the sales cycle by developing and maintaining relationships with decision makers at peer companies, vendors and possible partners.
      • Collaborate with internal peer functional teams to enable leveraging of partnerships and alliances across various business units.
      • Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, research and budget effects.
      • Lead or participate in the creation of presentations on competitive threats, partnership opportunities and deal strategies for senior management to leverage.
      • Read and provide written summaries on industry trends, reports and news to drive the sales cycle.
      • Prepare deal summaries and presentations for senior management with recommendations.
      • Improve sales by defining the organizational structure of alliances, negotiate alliance agreements, support the execution of the business plan and manage the ongoing alliance relationship on behalf of the company.
      • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal and other organizations regarding possible products and capabilities for licensing and transactions to complete.
      • Analyze and participate in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to make recommendations as to their impact on profitability.
      • Assist with special studies in areas such as operational effectiveness, capacity utilization and cost containment to reduce costs.Required keys for success:
        • Twelve years of experience in structuring and building strategic relationships and contract negotiations.
        • Expert in structuring and negotiating deals of material complexity.
        • History of conversing and interacting with senior level operations, sales and finance professionals at external companies building and developing relationships.
        • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
        • Demonstrated understanding of the financial modeling, financial reporting and analysis used by financial and investment professionals to value an organization's effectiveness and performance.
        • Familiar with advanced accounting theory and procedures.
        • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data while leading multiple projects.
        • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues while working under pressure.
        • Track record of showing sound judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties, meet deadlines and establish clear priorities.
        • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
        • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards.
        • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.How you will stand out from the crowd:
          • Seven or more years of experience managing a team.Your education:
            • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (required).
