Position Summary US Consulting Global Office - Manager Location: Open (continental United States) Deployment Type: Global Mobility Duration: 12 - 24 months As part of the US Consulting Global Office (USCGO), this position will work directly with US and JSG client service teams to simplify and streamline the execution of global projects, improve tools and accelerators to aid US client teams in navigating global complexities, develop and execute special projects for Japan, US and global leadership to drive improvements across the global support model. Work you'll do * Lead the 3-5 members as the consulting team leader. * Develop and maintain relationships with both Deloitte US leads and JSG group. * Develop the open innovation consulting practice with deep knowledge. * Manage the relationship building event to enhance the eminence in open innovation field. The team Offering customer-tailored services and deep industry insights, at Deloitte Consulting LLP we help clients tackle their most complex challenges enabling them to create the new business through open innovation activity. Developing and executing our clients' innovation strategy, we help them dramatically promote their open innovation activity across a broad range of industries - insurance, banking, manufacturing, automobile and healthcare. Qualifications Required: * 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience * Demonstrated experience in cross-border/global client delivery in a Consulting environment alongside an understanding of Consulting pursuit processes * Deep skills related to project management and team leadership for both large and small projects in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment * Proven strategic thinker * Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders * Understanding of organizational dynamics and experience working in a matrixed work environment * Experience managing and mentoring junior resources both in US and USI * Understanding of Deloitte's US Global strategy and Deloitte Consulting's Global Platform strategy How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
