Job Description:
Job SummaryEffectv is seeking a Sr. Director to manage the
operational strategy, execution, management and optimization of all
programmatic deals across the Effectv ecosystem in concert with the
total portfolio of our TV and streaming TV inventory. The Sr.
Director will be part of the Effectv Technology & Operations /
Client Care and Services Team which oversees execution of revenue
operations for the company. In this role the Sr. Director will be
responsible for the development and execution of the short and
long-term programmatic operations strategy for the Company.
Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the
company's programmatic programs while assuring a positive customer
experience and seamless portfolio management against other sales
channels. Monitors the progress of sales and operational metrics;
reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and
solicits employee feedback to drive operational efficiency and
sustained adoption. Designs, promotes, and orchestrates experiences
and reinforcement plans across multiple divisions/business units
that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and
ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns.
Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex
functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's
business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops
organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically
manages multiple teams of professionals. Role will report to the

Core Responsibilities Programmatic Experience-- Enable the growth
of programmatic revenue through operational excellence--and
partnership--across--internal and external--stakeholders----
Provide external leadership and advocacy in support of our Sales,
Product and Yield functions, including developing deep working
relationships with key Effectv partners------Utilize extensive
understanding of digital video marketplace, vendors, and
third-party technologies to build and implement strategic plans as
it relates to the Company's Programmatic vision.----Evaluate themes
and trends across post-event feedback and recommend portfolio level
changes that inform the company's overall inventory monetization
strategy---- Serve as the source of expertise and point of
escalation for all aspects of the execution of a programmatic
campaign including implementation, optimization, inventory, and
audience--strategy.------Advise key stakeholders including clients
and account teams of campaign and account level performance via
regular and ad-hoc reporting and status--meetings.Leadership
Experience----Manage, develop and oversee the Effectv Programmatic
& audience operations--(Audience Fulfillment)--team (structure,
personnel, load, development, training).----Develop best practices
which improve the quality or efficiency of work within an account
or broader programmatic team for all campaigns.----Responsible to
hire, onboard, develop and drive delivery excellence for
programmatic and audience personnel across the department. Partner
with finance and insights teams to review return on investment,
impact analysis at performance level data for events, partners and
campaigns. Ensure invoicing and financial reporting
accuracy.----Keep senior leadership informed on the overall status
of the strategy--and team--to ensure any challenges are
appropriately resolved and/or--escalated.-- Partner closely with
training teams for deployment of successful training curriculum and
overall change management approach. Operational
Experience----Establish--and develop against the long-term
Operational Strategy of Effectv's Audience/Programmatic
Media--Operations which exists to inform, educate and enhance the
understanding of the Company's products, services and
experiences.-- Interpret and support partner business strategy,
develop and influence plans, tactics and tools which align with
sales strategy activities and support sales campaigns.---- Promote
innovation by testing and ensure the team participates--in new
initiatives, identify insights and implement new best practices
based on results.----Use critical thinking to address problems
proactively and--holistically.----Must be resourceful,
solutions-oriented and have a systematic approach to
problem--solving.---- Consistently exercise independent judgment
and discretion in matters of significance.-- Regular, consistent
and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s) as necessary.------Other duties and
responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: -- Minimum 7+ years of
ad operations, ad trafficking, and direct & programmatic revenue
management------10+--years experience--with concentration in
advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science,
mathematics or engineering---- Minimum BA/BS degree,
Graduate--degree--preferred -- Extensive understanding of digital
video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies----
Experience with FreeWheel MRM software a strong preference but not
required------Scaled--Organizational--& Operations Strategy
Experience---- Experience with database, visualization tools or
coding languages is a--plus------Proven experience building
high-performing teams with a focus on a culture of trust,
transparency and coaching / talent development------Strong
presentation skills and comfort presenting to
senior--stakeholders------Strong analytical abilities and
quantitative skills---- Excellent communication and organizational
skills ----Ability to--prioritize tasks--effectively,--handle
