Our IT Team is looking for a Manager--,--Service Desk thatshould have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. Provide technical leadership and the ability to motivate the team to exceed customer expectations. This is a people manager position. Applicant must be committed to fostering a positive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and encouraged to produce at a high level. Key Responsibilities: Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis Recruit, train and support help desk representatives and technicians Set specific customer service standards Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints Establish best practices through the entire technical support process Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement Serve as an escalation point and incident manager. Manage special projects and continuous improvement of IT systems Implement ITIL Service Management processes and practices. Work with Security and Compliance to remediate any identified areas of improvement Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or solid work experience in an IT environment 4+ Years of systems administration or service desk experience 1+ Years of supervisory experience. Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment ITIL certifications a plus Experience with Healthcare Information Systems and standards like HIPAA a plus Ability to lift 25lbs + Role will require 20% travel to our other locations as needed
