Quality & Development Manager is responsible for working alongside
Site Managers in daily operations of all outpatient rehab
departments as well as providing direct patient care. Works closely
with Site Managers and Directors of Outpatient Rehab Services to
oversee project facilitation, patient experience, process
improvement initiatives, informatics, staff development, education,
employee relations, and quality control at all regional sites.
Coordinates intra-departmental activities and builds collaborative
relationships with physicians and departments outside of
Rehabilitation. Responsible for regulatory compliance and Joint
Commission readiness for the department. The Quality & Development
Manager may supervise designated clinical and support staff as
