Our goal is to target new revenue driving buying centers at more senior levels of the organization. As such, we have been aggressively launching/enhancing the role-based product line through intense partnerships with our sales, research and servicing. The change management implications across our global sales channels is significant and requires a fundamental re-tooling of our growth strategies. --RoleThis role will have a direct impact on Gartner's competitive positioning in the high-tech advisory marketplace and influence how we evolve our solutions targeted to General Managers, Product Management and Product Marketing teams. --By intensely partnering with sales, product and servicing, this individual to define and enable account expansion strategies/programs among our global enterprise clients. This role requires an understanding global enterprise client needs, account growth strategies, installed product configurations and role-based product capabilities and service delivery.-- This role will build upon the success we have experienced over the past 12 months and will be goaled on increasing existing revenue by 3x over the next 18-24 months.ResponsibilitiesDefine and operationalize best in class growth program for our Global Enterprise sales channel. Own go to market approach in close partnership with product management to increase share of wallet among our existing Global Enterprise clients with HT's new role-based solutions.Define and complete relevant sales, product or client analysis in the US and Europe to identify opportunities and challenges in penetrating global clients.Lead and/or participate in problem solving sessions with sales leadership, product management, sales operations and servicing to close gaps and/or accelerate penetration among global enterprise clients. --Develop sales programs, tools, best practices and collateral that can be leveraged across multiple regions/clients to more effectively position new role-based solutions.Systematically collaborate with sales and product management to surface sales and client insights around product enhancements that would drive higher engagement with clients (delivers stronger retention) and/or stronger win rates.Build strong partnerships at all levels of sales leadership, sales operations, product management to ensure overall efforts are tightly aligned across the year to drive key growth targets.-- Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field with an MBA from a top tier graduate school3-4 years of direct experience in consulting, product management with 1-2 years in business development/sales strategy or operations.Strong business acumen/understanding of the decisions and execution strategies driven by BU heads, product management and product marketing leaders is valuable.Strong analytical skills leveraging financial, sales and product data to extract key insights to improve performance.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and develop strong working relations at all levels of the organizationAbility to develop, organize, and lead growth initiatives by working closely with sales, research and productAbility to travel/work globally when needed - 20-25% of the timeStrong program management skills driving major improvements in process, metrics and outcomesA strategy consulting--skill set and / or startup experience using Lean Startup principles would be beneficial but not essential s a leader in our organization, it is important that ideal candidate consistently exhibits the 5 core values of Gartner's culture: Integrity: Do the right thing.
