In order to keep-up with our growing and evolving business needs, we need smart and talented individuals on our "boat"to join on our crew to help us to drive the good life!Under the supervision of the Vice President of Brand Creative, the Women's Styling Director will be responsible for planning, driving and executing the overall Women's aesthetic vision of vineyard vines through on-figure and soft goods styling.--They will partner with Apparel Design, Marketing, Creative Services and Merchandising to develop and implement a strategy that showcases the brand vision, and serve as a key creative contributor executing an omnichannel strategy. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional professional background directing the creation of stylish and elevated looks across retail, editorial, catalog and e-commerce categories.You Will:--Take on overall responsibility for all women's apparel styling in-studio and on location including creation and implementation of styling standards.Provide styling and outfitting direction for photographic assets for e-commerce and web, catalog, direct mail, in-store visuals, advertising and other projects.Inspire creative, innovative thinking, strong visual concepts and solutions through thoughtful management and clear direction.Collaborate with Apparel Design, Marketing, Creative Services and Merchandising providing expertise in visual communication and problem solving.Build a brand style guide for women's inclusive of on-figure, e-commerce laydowns, non- branded accessories, models, hair and styling standards.--Mentor/lead other styling team members, providing examples, coaching and guidance.Partner with the lead Men's Style Director, sample coordinators, freelancers, stylists and glam artists.Implement and improve workflow on a continuous basis.Collaborate with design teams and merchants for accuracy and completeness of product positioning and styling.Provide styling direction for location and/or studio photo shoots, pre-production meetings, scheduling, selection of talent and resources to meet project objectives established by the VP of Brand Creative.Oversee in-season Creative sample set.Produce projects on schedule and within budget.Conduct review of new photography with senior management, ensuring that styling and images are on-brand, effective, and meet creative and marketing objectives.Participate in pre-production meetings for assigned projects, providing creative input and execution strategy.Apply an expert aesthetic ''eye'' to convey brand, strategy and editorial messages in unique and innovative ways.Keep Creative leadership apprised of enhancements and opportunities and industry style trends.--Provide input in the development of new processes that improve overall work quality and efficiency.Liaise with other art directors and business managers to establish clear direction and consistent vision.Promote teamwork and a proactive work environment to achieve team/company goals.Manage budgetsDemonstrates the ability to carefully listen to others at all levels in the organizationStrong time management, prioritization and organizational skillsUnderstands and adheres to all policies related to the organizationTake on ad-hoc projects as neededWhat you bring:--Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in an atmosphere of rapid development.
