full-time HVAC Technician / Lead Installer to join our team. Youll
take the lead on residential heat pump and furnace installations,
ductwork modifications, and more. Were not looking for someone who
just follows orderswe want a team player who takes ownership and
thinks on their feet. What Youll Get: $35/hr starting pay (with
room to grow) MondayFriday schedule (plus just one weekend on-call
per month ) Hands-on work with the latest equipment, tools, and
tech Tablet-based workflow (no paper chaos) Supportive, no-BS team

expandwere just getting started What Were Looking For: 3 years
experience in residential HVAC install/service Strong understanding
of heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems Clean driving record and
EPA certification Someone who works clean, communicates well, and
takes pride in the craft Bonus Points If You: Know your way around
Daikin, Bosch, or similar equipment Have experience leading small
install teams Can solder with your eyes closed (okay, not
literally)
