Establishes and maintains network performance utilizing technical experience to analyze and troubleshoot network problems.

Responsibilities:
Contributes to the preparation review analysis, capacity planning and recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processesProvides support and escalation services for network related mission critical systems on a rotational basisParticipate in maintaining network infrastructure hardware including ongoing software/firmware patches and upgradesContributes to network architecture design, viability and cost studiesAnalyzes and maintains less complex network health monitoring and notification toolsProvides review analysis, capacity planning and enhancement recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processesParticipates in project implementation

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:BS Degree or equivalent experience.2+ years' experience in supporting Windows Server environment/ Data CenterPreferred QualificationsExperience with supporting and configuring Wireless Cellular RoutersExperience in supporting Windows -2012/ 2016 -and 2019 Server farmExposure to Hyper V and managing virtual machinesExposure to F5 load balancers, Cradle Point 600/900 Access Points, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN Network etc.Other Skills Sought: -Good Communication SkillsAbility to understand end user issuesTechnical hands-on experience and Ability to trouble shootAble to work independently and excel in a collaborative environmentDemonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applicationsAbility to develop new systems and toolsExperience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems proceduresDemonstrated analytical skillsExperience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentZebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
