As a Team Lead in our Nashville, TN office, you will design and manage site plans including grading, storm water, roadway and utility layouts using Civil 3D. Our Team Lead will oversee the work of staff engineers, providing them with mentoring and guidance. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you'll grow your expertise across many disciplines. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand. Our Team Lead Civil Engineers have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school, 4-7 years of experience, and are working toward or have a Professional Engineer Certification.
