Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract role offers an
opportunity to support students as a Behavior Specialist with BCBA
credentials in a school setting located in Bensalem, PA. The
position is part of an Extended School Year (ESY) program within
Bucks County, with services primarily delivered Monday through
Thursday during the summer session. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
behavior interventions and supports based on BCBA best practices to
students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral needs.
Collaborate with teachers and related service professionals to
develop and implement individualized plans. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports aligned with school and
regulatory standards. Participate in orientation and preparation
activities prior to the instructional dates. Adapt interventions to
meet diverse classroom grades and student profiles as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements: Valid BCBA credential meeting
Pennsylvania Department of Education standards. At least one year
since last engagement with this client if previously contracted
through another agency. Ability to commit to the full ESY schedule
from June 29 to July 30, 2026. Availability Monday through
Thursday, with student service hours from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Reliable transportation and residence within a 35-minute commute of
the assigned school site. Experience working with students with
moderate to severe behavioral challenges. Willingness to work at
any assigned school location based on clients placement needs.
Locations within Bucks County include Fallsington Elementary and
Samuel Everitt School in Levittown. Staff will receive placement
based on proximity to home and student needs. Orientation and
set-up schedules vary depending on location. Candidates should be
