Per Diem Location: Bensalem, PA 19020 Compensation rate: $25/hr to
$30/hr Substitute teachers will be responsible for delivering
instruction based on lesson plans, managing classroom environments,
and fostering student learning in the absence of the regular
teacher. Key Responsibilities: Implement and follow lesson plans
provided by the regular classroom teacher. Instruct and engage
students in their learning process. Maintain a structured, safe,
and orderly classroom environment. Uphold school policies and
established routines. Support student learning by adapting to
different classroom settings and subjects as needed. Position
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a
related field. Certification: Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to inclusive learning practices. Experience with
Microsoft Office and classroom technology. Applicants without a PA
teaching certificate may submit an official College Verification of
Eligibility Letter confirming program completion and eligibility
for certification.
