About Us - Hollowtree Marketplace is a disruptive start-up in a
staid niche of the broader insurance industry. Were building a
dedicated Marketplace and Community focusing on disability and
income replacement insurance. Were unlike our competitors. We see
digital marketing as a key differentiator in generating awareness.
On the retail side, we want to educate individuals and businesses
on why they should buy disability insurance, and on the wholesale
side, we want to teach agents and financial advisers how to sell
disability insurance to their clients. The community we are
building is central to who we are.Were not like most businesses.

to win. We push boundaries, we work hard, we get results.About You
- You probably dont or wont fit or feel comfortable in many work
environments. The idea of large corporate offices makes you feel
sick. You want responsibility, you have a thirst for knowledge and
for learning. Youre a generalist who likes solving problems. You
look for shortcuts to help improve efficiency, but most of all you
seek effective solutions. Rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck
in is what you do.The Position - helping build our content,
systems, and processes to help us build the largest brand in this
space. We use best-in-breed marketing tools and integrate them to
create scalability. We leverage almost all channels and experiment
to see what works. Interns who we accept for this position will
undoubtedly achieve great success in their career.This opportunity
is unpaid. We anticipate a 10 hour / week commitment which can
scale up or down depending on the circumstances. We are a remote
team based across the Tri-State area. Expect to use a lot of
collaboration tools including Zoom, Slack and Google Workspace.
Some face time is preferable to get up and running.We will only
