Commercial Lending Management ("CLM") is responsible for the end-to-end commercial lending process for clients of the US CCB. - Key responsibilities of CLM include loan underwriting, credit and financial due diligence, loan structuring and documentation, portfolio management, and credit delivery and servicing. CLM manages approximately $22 billion in credit exposure across nearly 2,000 credit relationships and a range of industries, including technology, industrials, healthcare, branded consumer, agriculture and energy. - Key loan product capabilities include lines of credit, term loans, commercial real estate mortgages, SBA and EXIM agency-backed loan facilities, foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives, as well as various forms of cross border lending throughout the CCB's global network of 30+ countries. - As part of US CLM, the Governance, Productivity & Strategy ("GPS") team owns end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of the US CCB's lending platform. - The team is accountable for driving improvements in overall lending productivity and accountability, client experience, and E2E turnaround time, and is responsible for ensuring the CCB's underwriting standards, controls, lending procedures, policies and procedures are complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all bank policies and the latest regulatory requirements.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated senior professional to manage the GPS team. - The role will be based in either New York, NY/ Greater NY Area/ Irving, TX/ San Francisco, CA.
