Specifically, this person will lead a broad range of strategic andtactical direct response marketing initiatives to drive growth as well as be responsible for the overall results of this growth driver.Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Drives new customer acquisition; increase orders and LTV for the ReadyRefresh business that meet or exceed goal.
  • Develop direct response acquisition strategies across Addressable TV, Direct Mail, Affiliate and Email prospecting, oversee implementation of campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and scale new acquisition channels including partnerships with online retailers, and new emerging platforms
  • Manage the day-to-day collaboration media AORs to continuously ensure that priorities are balanced and achieved in the short and long term
  • Lead performance analysis across each channel and report out to internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners
  • Manage large media budgets with timely forecasting, reconciliations, and support audits and liquidity reporting
  • Uncover deep understanding of consumer audiences, define what consumers are most likely to covert and present actionable recommendations based upon those consumer intent insights
  • Develop impactful, consumer-relevant creative that also delivers strong direct response results to deliver acquisition commitments
  • Partner with the website team to develop robust A/B testing roadmap for website conversion optimization.
  • Partner with the Customer Engagement Center to maximize conversions across all channels.
  • Partner with Procurement and key stakeholders to align on SOWs and incentive plans with SEO and SEM agencies#LI-HYBRIDQualifications
    • Consistently share recognition and give visibility to others for their successes; model the "win as a team" mindset
    • Minimum 3+ years of leading direct-to-consumer marketing via performance media
    • Experience planning, managing, and executing Direct Mail campaigns
    • Experience planning, managing, and executing digital campaigns like Addressable TV and/or Affiliate
    • Solid foundation in traditional and digital based upon media agency or client-side media management experience strongly preferred
    • Self-directed, goal-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
    • Agility to utilize the most appropriate style, level of detail, and type of communication to fit diverse stakeholder needs
    • Articulates highly credible, well-developed points of view and coach's other media subject matter experts to gain the same capability
    • Outstanding quantitative skills and meticulous attention to detail
