Like this one.About the RoleHarman operates global websites and e-commerce platforms for its consumer brands and utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with customers. As a Lead Specialist, email Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing, IT, and third-party creative teams to help develop and support a best-in-class email marketing program to drive e-commerce sales and improve customer loyalty. You will help drive the ideation and execution of automated emails, analyze customer behaviors to develop customer journeys, and enhance triggered emails to provide on-brand communications with customers. You will also help drive systematic implementation & management of new platform features and functionality to meet global and regional business needs. This includes evolving the email marketing program to synchronize more closely with a holistic, multi-channel customer communication strategy.Your TeamThis role reports directly into the Director, Global CRM and Customer Acquisition. There are no direct reports in this position, but you will work closely together with and lead 3-4 external agencies and in-house shared resources, including creative teams and/or IT at all levels, to facilitate the development of new customer journeys and other email program enhancements.What You Will DoThis global role will have the following key responsibilities for supporting and driving the growth of our direct eCommerce business to $275M in CY23/$500M by CY25:Product Owner of Salesforce Marketing CloudKey liaison with all global CRM & E-marketing managers, leads & specialists in the US/Canada, EMEA, South America, India, Central America, APAC and Japan regions.Manage & execute the global CRM RoadmapOversee e-mail marketing across brands. Act as expert consultant for the brands, lead trainings, identify best practices, share & re-apply. Identify quick wins and support brands to execute them. Drive a culture of innovation, constant optimization and testing. Coordinate pilots.Supports a transition from Mass mailing to 1:1 Journeys enhancing personalized communications that foster customer engagement.Build, develop and maintain customer journeys. Fully manage any Journey Builder operation to create new triggers and edit existing journeys to enhance customer engagement and drive eCommerce revenue.Facilitate the ideation, design, and execution of customer journeys via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformWork with design, branding, and IT teams to enhance existing email triggersEnsure all customer communications are effective and on-brandFollow up with stakeholders within global and regional Marketing, IT, customer service and third-party creative teams to obtain required assets, including content, translations, images, etc.Support the expansion of the email marketing program into new regions (India, Russia, Central America, APAC and Japan)Stay on top of industry best practices and bring relevant new email marketing solutions to Harman to meet the organization's strategic business needsContinually seek opportunities to improve email communications and build customer loyaltyProvide strategic and admin support to regional teams currently on the Marketing Cloud platform in the US/Canada, EMEA, and South America. Help create customer segments as needed, based on business requirementsFacilitate troubleshooting when technical issues ariseDrive and challenge regional business teams on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their visionProactively communicate with internal teams to document and prioritize their business requirements via JIRA and/or other project management toolsAct as an intermediary between business stakeholders and development/creative teams to deliver new functionality, email templates and bug fixesUpdate stakeholders on timelines and/or delays in implementationTest deliverables & new functionality before passing them on to stakeholders for UATWhat You NeedThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of +7 years' experience managing email marketing platforms and/or ecommerce CRM projects.Bachelor's Degree requiredTeam-player with strong communication skills and a passion for marketingAbility to work in a matrixed organization.Manage and execute innovative growth strategies to grow our member base.Create a culture of testing and experimentation to innovate on how we drive business growth and acquisition.
