Come join the US Luggage Family as our CRM & Digital Marketing Campaign Manager! The goal of this job is to increase customer loyalty, elevate brand communication and accelerate D2C sales for both the Briggs & Riley and Solo brands for US Luggage.
If you are a highly motivated, collaborative, CRM and Digital Marketing Campaign Manager who can manage customer acquisition and retention channels this is the job for you. As a collaborative, yet autonomous leader, the CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to create a strategic, messaging calendar, then execute and analyze programs, leveraging actionable results to further optimize campaigns. Channels are including email, SMS, loyalty, and paid media.

What the role will entail:

  • Lead CRM strategy and drive the adoption of segmentation and personalization across all touchpoints, increasing CLV
  • Drive CRM initiatives including planning, execution and testing of email, text, segmentation and automation of campaigns for luxury consumer products
  • Steadily grow email and text database, 10%+ YOY, while maintaining list health
  • Launch and manage loyalty program
  • Double e-Commerce sales growth from email/text channels by delivering consistent, relevant content
  • Manage paid media agency and create synergies between all channels
  • Derive actionable insights from CRM programs, utilizing them to further optimize and create new campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all messaging and provide strategic recommendations from internal learnings, external best practices and data
  • Contribute to D2C channel strategy roadmaps, in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, D2C and Site Experience Specialists
  • Manage product registration database and utilize data to create meaningful customer interactions
  • Monitor deliverability and maintain CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new platforms/partners
    What the qualifications for the job are:
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns for luxury consumer products.
    • Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
    • Expertise to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Pro-active team player, with a flexible, creative, solution-focused mindset, along with a willingness to learn, adapt, pivot and collaborate.
    • Data-driven, creative and customer-centric with a strong attention to detail with strong writing and proofreading skills.
    • Must be proficient with an email service provider such as Klaviyo.
    • Must have experience with Shopify Plus, or other ecommerce platform.
    • Experience with Attentive, PhotoShop or InDesign a plus.
    • Must be proficient in Google Analytics
    • If remote, must be able to attend quarterly meetings in Hauppauge, NY office.

        Schedule:Monday - Friday, Office HoursRemote or Hybrid schedule
