Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate in Stamford. Currently hybrid in-office and remote. The Marketing Associate will assist the Marketing and Brand Manager in growing awareness of the brand, establishing the company as an industry expert and promoting our global experience. In this role you will work on design, production, and maintenance of creative content. 65K - 75K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package Responsibilities:

• Help to ensure brand consistency throughout all materials and manage internal branded templates
• Work closely with teams to collaborate on marketing initiatives and stay coordinated on brand and messaging across the UK and US
• Assist with the design, production, and maintenance of creative content
• Aid in the design and production of content including thought leadership pieces and industry monitors
• Assist in the creation of internal communications
• Understand highly technical content and translate into appropriate marketing content
• Assist with external communications, including working with PR firm to secure interviews, putting out press releases, and developing content for the media
• Handle content and display for in office digital signage
• Manage standard email signatures for all staff
• Coordinate the ordering of business cards for the team
• Work with vendors and help manage branded merchandise inventory and publication subscriptions
• Special projects Requirements:
  • Degree (BA / BS) required. Degree in marketing, communications, or other related fields
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing role required
  • Previous experience in a corporate marketing role, creating marketing collateral and presentations
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point), Adobe Creative Suite preferred
