Job Description:

As the Marketing and Media Analytic Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing team to support Marketing initiatives across all sales channels. You will employ strong organizational, analytical, creative and fundamental marketing skills to assist with the execution of marketing programs to drive sales for Internet, Phone, and TV services.

Coordinates with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to analyze and report on marketing performance data including online and offline metrics. Creates detailed reports in multiple media types including PowerPoint presentations, Excel, case studies, and white papers.

Works closely with the Sales and Marketing to support the analysis of marketing creative performance to improve sales lead generation and conversion.

Coordinates with internal strategy teams on identifying key customer segments and developing applicable, unique sales-driven recommendations for existing and new creative.

Upholds the Charter Business brand in all sales support mediums including collateral, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and tradeshow materials.

Develops a deep understanding of Charter core values and products.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Extensive background with the creative development process; embodies creative best practices and visionary thinking to uniquely solve marketing challenges
  • Employs strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables
  • Manages multiple projects, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders at one time
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy
  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
  • Conducts formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
  • Exemplifies honesty, integrity and ethics
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint
  • Overall proficiency with common desktop applications
    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related discipline or equivalent experience

    Related Work Experience
    2+ years corporate marketing or agency experience
    2+ years marketing analytics or other analytics role experience

    Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
    • Analytic background or related role
    • Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred
    • Fast-paced self-motivator who must be detail oriented while able to keep multiple initiatives moving at once
    • Tableau experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of SQL experience preferred
    • Statistical modeling experience preferred
      Office environment
