YOUR ROLE
The EA will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and
executive support-related tasks, will be able to work independently
within guidelines, and will make independent decisions regarding
planning, organizing, and scheduling.
---You work with speed and decisiveness to make the right decisions
in high-pressure situations
---You have experience in supporting multiple senior leaders
simultaneously
---Owns General Manager Leadership Team Meeting support meeting
agenda & cadence, select meeting attendance, meeting note creation
& distribution, assistance with reminders and follow-up
---Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to
prioritize and make decisions
---Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas while
always thinking ahead
---Work with department admins to lead and support department
meetings and events, including internal team events, team
off-sites, business and operational reviews, and other team
meetings, including meeting rooms arrangements and catering
requests
---You can understand the big picture and anticipate relevant
opportunities & challenges, you can proactively build solutions
---You display excellent emotional intelligence and communication
skills with the ability to interact & collaborate effectively with
others
---Contribute to the excellent reputation of the company and the
leadership team through professional, and respectful interactions
with all internal and external stakeholders
---Serve as the brand extension for leaders you support, escalating
and communicating on their behalf and serving as a team liaison
---Coordinate complex travel and expense reporting using Concur,
inclusive of the submission of expense reports after each trip or
event
---Manage demanding calendaring requests with limited oversight,
including partnerships across the organization to coordinate with
calendars of other senior executives
---Prioritize email meeting requests and respond with quick
timeframe.
---Maintain and own various SharePoint sites for company
executive(s) and team SharePoint sites
---Prepare and create agenda and pertinent calendar reminders for
monthly global marketing meetings, this includes agenda
creation
---Liaise with Executive's direct reports for meeting requests,
workshop arrangement and assist with all logistics, room
reservations, catering.
---Liaise with external vendors, payment arrangement while being
cost efficient
---Assist with on-site recruiting, assessment centers and
onboarding
---Daily administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
---To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to
handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal,
personnel and institutional information while exercising
professionalism and discretion.
---Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time
to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as
needed.
YOUR SKILLS
---Experience in a corporate environment, global preferred
---Proficiency in booking global travel
---Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Concur, Ariba and Microsoft
Teams
---Ability to build strong relationships
---Ability to build PPT presentations for executives
The salary for this role is $87,300.00 - $127,800.00. This is the
range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting
wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than
the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be
modified in the future.
