Job Description:
Job Description - Full-time, hybrid position - Lead billing and
revenue cycle operations for a growing multi-specialty healthcare
group - Oversee all billing functions: charge capture, claims
submission, payment posting, collections, A/R management, and
appeals - Supervise and mentor billing staff to ensure accuracy,
timeliness, and compliance - Monitor and resolve claim denials and
payer rejections - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including
A/R aging, collections, and reimbursement trends - Ensure
compliance with coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), HIPAA,
Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements - Collaborate
with providers, administrators, and front-office teams to
streamline workflows and optimize reimbursement - Stay current with
payer policies and healthcare regulations Requirements - 5 years of
progressive medical billing experience, including 2 years in a
leadership or supervisory role - Strong knowledge of revenue cycle
management and insurance regulations - Proficiency with EMR/EHR and
billing software - Strong analytical, organizational, and
leadership abilities - Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills
