What You'll Do Manage a diverse client portfolio from A to Z—HNW
individuals, partnerships, S-Corps Lead tax planning conversations
and build lasting client relationships Mentor and develop staff
while delegating effectively Own projects with autonomy and support
when you need it What We're Looking For: CPA required with 8-10
years in public accounting Strong CCH Axcess experience True
manager who can handle complex returns independently and guide
others Generalist background across individual, partnership, and
corporate returns What We Offer: Compensation: $160K-$200K base
minimum 10% annual bonus (paid semi-annually) Benefits: 100%
