looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee
Bookkeeping/payroll in the Red Bank, New Jersey area. This role
requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle
bookkeeping, payroll, and oversight of administrative team. The
ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a
proactive approach to supporting the company’s daily operations. If

609-252-9393. Responsibilities: • Record invoices from internal
systems into QuickBooks with precision. • Process vendor invoices,
credit card charges, and incoming payments in both QuickBooks and
company software. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance
records, including annual renewals for general liability,
disability, workers' compensation, and auto policies. • Apply
credits in QuickBooks for specific client invoices, ensuring
accurate financial tracking. • Issue checks and manage payroll
reporting in a timely manner. • Create and set up new jobs and
client accounts in QuickBooks efficiently. • Prepare and submit
necessary paperwork for contract renewals, maintaining a schedule
for timely submissions. • Monitor deadlines and ensure all
administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. •
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or
administrative roles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping
processes. • Skilled in full-cycle payroll management. • Strong
organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to
process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
