  What you'll do:
  • Seek successful resolution of the partner's billing inquiries received through multiple communication channels
    
  • Coordinate with other departments in order to resolve billing issues
    
  • Assists with past due collections efforts through partner communication
    
  • Log all billing and collections information in Salesforce with complete and accurate information
    
  • Develop strong understanding of billing process
    
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely response and resolution
    
  • Reconcile client accounts
    
  • Work with multi-currency accounts
    What we are looking for:
    
    • Motivated, energetic recent graduate with some work experience (transferable skills, not exact experience)
      
    • Demonstrates a high degree of organization, accuracy and excellent customer service skills
      
    • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and develop professional working relationships with site staff and providers
      
    • You have a great attitude motivated, coachable and competitive, and want a successful career in the IT space
      
    • Basic understanding of accounting (debits and credits)
