Our mission is to provide an unparalleled care experience for patients with 7-days-a-week access to world- class quality eye care in the convenience of their local neighborhoods, delivered by a dedicated, caring, and talented healthcare team.Job Duties & Essential Functions: Compile data and prepare a variety of different schedules and reports Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies Develop models that help with decision-making Perform ad-hoc analysis as neededRequired Qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis or other related fields Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required Previous healthcare experience preferred Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills while meeting priorities and deadlines Strong Excel skills required (e.g. Pivot Tables, Sum if, Lookups, and linking) Experience with SQL and BI tools a plus Ability to work and utilize across multiple systems and platformsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with patients, staff and medical providers.
