team responsible for the execution of global strategic priorities
to ensurelong-term financial objectives are met. This role has

potential. What you'll do: Highly visible and impactful role,
teaming with the Managing Vice President and the Manager of Global
Tax Planning and M&A in all aspects of: Corporate
development:
- Development of alternative acquisition and disposition
structures
- Maximizing tax benefits of deal related costs
- Due diligence and integration of acquired businesses Global tax
planning:
- Idea generation, implementation, and extensive modelling
- 5-year projections of effective income tax rates to inform
planning decisions
- Modeling impacts of proposed or enacted legislation to inform
management Operational excellence:
- Managing outside advisors
- Budget and billing coordination
- Strong project planning and management skills
- Excellent organizational skills within an electronic
environment What you'll bring: Required:
- Intermediate understanding of US corporate taxation
concepts
- Ability to communicate and work with:
- The global tax function
- Cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting but will consider other
relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years of tax experience, public accounting background
strongly preferred Desired but not required:
- CPA
- Master's degree or JD
- Understanding US inclusions and reporting relative to non-US
operations including E&P, tested income, GILTI, BEAT, FDII,
Subpart F, foreign tax credits and associated allocation of
deductions to various income baskets
- Technical research skills (leveraging, BNA, Thomson, Big 4,
