Job Description:

Are you looking to advance your career? We have partnered with a Stamford, CT based client in search of a Fund Accountant with reporting background. Our client is a fast paced, rapidly growing fintech company on a hybrid schedule and commutable from Manhattan.
Responsibilities

Ensure all calculations are accurate and in compliance with governing documents
Monitor Cash reports
Review allocations and accrual Schedules
Prepare financial statements and review for accuracy
Assist with various inquires and ad hoc tasks
Support database updates and maintain accuracy
Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
Assists in the implementation of reporting standards and processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 3+ years' experience in Financial Reporting and Funds
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable in SQL or related software a plus
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Can effectively communicate issues and resolutions
