Job Description:
The Wealth Planning and Financial Wellness group provides our
clients with comprehensive financial planning services to meet our
client's goals and future financial objectives. Our services
include detailed cash flow analysis, asset allocation positioning,
education planning, insurance planning and estate planning. The
group works closely with all the members of the trusted advisor
team including the Banker, Investment Counselor, Wealth Planner and
third-party advisors to help provide these solutions to our
clients.Responsibilities:
- Work jointly with Private Bankers and Investment Counselors to
take clients and prospective clients through the financial planning
process
- Collaborate with other members of the Financial Planning team
in managing the pipeline of planning requests and support the
scaling needs
- Interact with clients to address their financial planning
issues on an ongoing basis
- Directly contributes to client analytics and proposals by
preparing, maintaining, and evaluating comprehensive financial
plans
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,
demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and
safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving
compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to
Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing
and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications:
- CFP - preferred with a 2-4+ years' experience creating and
presenting comprehensive financial plans for high net worth
individuals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and
experience using NaviPlan Select or similar financial planning
software preferred
- Working knowledge of cash flow planning, investment planning,
income tax planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, and
estate planning
- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66
- High level of personal integrity, commitment to excellence, and
a strong desire to learn
- Sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and
efficiently
- Upholds a strong significance to business ethicsEducation:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience-Job
