In this role, you will:
The Cash Analyst will process daily cash application; bank statement reconciliation, cash reporting and all functions related to cash flow and payment processing. This role will report to the Cash & Collections Manager North America and will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Optimization Cash reconciliation functions by providing constructive feedback and process gap analysis
  
• Responsible for accurately coordinating and meeting month end reporting and reconciliation deadlines
  
• Applies daily cash receipts and enters various adjustments against AR
  
• Accurately process Direct Debit and Credit card payments
  
• Reconcile all deposits (lockbox, direct debit, wires and credit card) and chargebacks for multiple bank accounts across different currencies
  
• Initiate applicable trainings and provide constructive feedback to teams associated with payment processing and customer cash flow
  
• Provide SME input on ad hoc projects and key business initiatives
  
• Prepares account analysis or management reporting on an as-needed or requested basis
  
• Works under general supervision, within established work parameters, with few direct instructions

  • Experience driving projects and process improvements to completion
    
  • Accounts Receivable/Finance experience 2+ years
    
  • College degree preferred (or equivalent vocational qualification and/or work experience)
    
  • Strong GAAP fundamentals
    
  • Excellent influencing and analytical skills
    
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
    
  • NetSuite systems knowledge
    
  • Strong Excel competence
    
  • Ability to dive into detail, whilst remaining curious to the wider picture
    
  • Highly numerate and able to present high level information from large quantities of data
