More information about McLagan is available at .Your impact as an Associate Consultant - AnalystThe Analyst role sits within the Global Operations Team, and is heavily involved in several aspects of data analysis and data management for our large global banking clients. The Data Analyst will work closely with our Global Data Managers and Relationship Managers for those clients to ensure all data is loaded, cleaned, validated, edited, reviewed and signed-off. The ideal Data Analyst candidate will possess knowledge of relational databases as well as an investigative mindset and the ability to learn and utilize new tools and techniques, both quickly and effectively.Job Responsibilities:

Ownership of data integrity, governance and validityAttendance of client kick-off meetingsReview and audit of client compensation and demographic dataDatabase query development for data analysis and ad-hoc business requestsDocumentation of client specific requirementsOpen and concise communication with Data / Relationship ManagersData reconciliation exercisesYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise
