We are looking for a dedicated Senior Financial Analyst like you to
be a part of our team.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will assist with implementation
of policies and procedures for efficient, effective administration
of physician payments, compliance, and financial reporting of
employed physician contracts. The Senior Financial Analyst also
assist in communicating and implementing corporate policy and
strategic initiatives to meet goals and objectives and are
responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of
Physician Compensation calculations, as well as producing robust
reporting in a variety of formats. You will assist in
administration of Physician Compensation systems.
What you will do in this role:
- You will be responsible for assisting in the calculation of
Physician Compensation consistent and compliant with contract
- You will also utilize research techniques to analyze and
evaluate financial information and data.
- You must monitor--all physician employment agreements, contract
provisions, updates and revisions as required.
- You should assist--and provide--feedback to Operations,
Development, and Accounting in determining appropriate
administration of financial contracts.
- You will monitor--and assist--with implementation of and
adherence to operational/contract changes.
- You will also assist--in the identification of areas of concern
for contract problems requiring intervention or resolution.
- You must assist--in the preparation of departmental reports, as
well as interpretation and variance reporting.
- You must also ensure--that all processing and reporting
deadlines are consistently achieved.

administration, practice, division and other). Qualifications What
qualifications you should have for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
Finance or other related field is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a financial analyst or accounting
- Healthcare experience would be helpful.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access with extensive
experience using macros, VBA and creation of dashboards are
- Experience with Business Objects and MicroStrategy is
