Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Engineering to lead the development and implementation of digital tools, systems, platforms, and processes within our Engineering & Property Services, Project Delivery Organization. Join our world-class team and contribute to the acceleration of project delivery and overall technology excellence across our facilities. Key Responsibilities: --- Accountable for the development and roll-out of digital tools, systems, platforms, and processes --- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of fit for purpose Building Information Modeling (BIM) / Digital Twin and ensure alignment with our Digital Engineering technology roadmap --- Establish BIM governance structures and data standards across Project Delivery and facility operations. --- Use data to shift from responding to risks to proactively addressing them and minimizing design/construction modifications. --- Increase facility efficiency and effectiveness across the facility lifecycle through best-in-class digital solution implementation --- Drive the seamless integration of BIM across the facility lifecycle for multiple types of facilities. --- Ensure adoption of new digitally enabled way of working
